I booked a room here on airbnb for a month. When i first arrived, i wasnt impressed. Small rooms and swarming with freelance girls. There are no lights outside at night and may be intimidating for some people. But overall the stay was good. Hot water with good pressure, gym and pool. Can’t complain. The staff keeps the premises very clean and the place is pretty quiet. Outside there are restaurants and stores to get whatever you need. I would definitely stay again.

Its a great place to stay, close to Pattaya City and Jomtien Beaches, plenty of undercover parking, as its not a Hotel, rentals of only 1 Mlnth or longer are allowed under Thai Law. Pools are amazing and its easy to find a shady spot to chill any time of day.

Good location, about 14 minutes walk to the beach and walking street. Restaurants, Topside, Seven eleven, and laudries just around the building. Most rooms with balcony and pool view. Quiet residential Be ware of house rules very strict end up with high fines.

WiFi disconnects every day. There are power outages every time it rains. The juristic office wants a deposit AND a fee for parking stickers, when they have on record what vehicles have paid for parking. It makes no sense to do both. And while everything looks beautiful at first sight, when you live here, you notice that everything is breaking down and made with cheap materials. If you expect a cheap condo with a big pool, this is for you. If you want quality and stable wifi and electricity. Look elsewhere.

The place is really well designed. The pools looks amazing and fitness room is quite big, too (obviously, since it's a 1000+ rooms complex, in 5 different buildings). Rooms are kind of small, but fully furnished and equipped. There's a big underground parking and a security staff on duty 24/7. There are also restaurants and laundries very close, a Family Mart and 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes range, on a motorbike (Big C and Tesco Lotus). Monthly rental price is very reasonable, too. Quite a good place to stay, everything considered. 👌 Edit: Why 3 stars only? Well, juristic office really needs a more proactive customer care approach... Cash payments are not available, due to covid it seems, while every 7-11 and Family Mart across Thailand handles cash every minute of the day! Also, explaining a problem to somebody in the office, usually means you have to explain everything again to somebody else the next day and the next again... Also, the laundry was suddenly closed a few months ago... And it was a big plus for me, since there are no washing machines in the rooms (also the express laundry near the complex has very poor cleaning performance... How can clothes get clean in a 24 minutes cycle?) Last but not least, sauna room is still to be completed (not that I enjoy sauna, but it's a half-finished project nevertheless...).
